Who We Are
Since 1991, our volunteers have provided life-changing medical services for women and children in Guatemala. Through our medical mission trips, we provide surgeries, orthotics and prostheses, primary care medical visits, and medications free of charge. We are a US-based non-profit organization.
Children of The Americas has been Top Rated by Great Nonprofits since 2013.
Support Our Mission
We have no paid staff. From medical staff, to kitchen help, everyone is a volunteer and pays their own airfare and hotel stay. The funds we receive go toward surgical equipment and supplies, medication, prostheses, transportation rentals and other items and services required for our annual missions.
We welcome donations in any amount.
