Stateside Program

december_2008_676.JPGAlex, in Guatemala before coming to KY for cleft repair in 2008Foster parenting can be a difficult and emotionally complex journey. It is also a unique way to touch the life of a child in a very positive way. In partnership with our organization, foster parents that volunteer for us often find that the children they take into their homes become part of their extended family. Most of our foster parents find the experience to be something that they repeat, and many of our families have had several foster children with COTA. Children of the Americas is a state licensed foster placement agency. Note: Please call our stateside care coordinator, Jennifer Martin (859-224-3089) before proceeding with paperwork.
