Diana Howlett is a retired teacher from Jefferson County Public Schools. She taught for twenty-seven years in Louisville, Kentucky. She received her undergraduate and masters degrees in education from the University of Louisville.Diana is married to James Ashton. He is retired from Prairie Farms Dairy and is now employed by Jefferson County Public Schools. Diana has one son, Joshua Todd. Currently, he is a chemist with Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis and resides in Fishers, Indiana. In addition to Diana’s volunteer work with Children of the Americas, she is also a volunteer with Bernheim Arboretum and Jefferson County Memorial Forest. Any other free time is spent gardening and traveling with her husband. Diana is a native of Glendale, Kentucky and resides in Fairdale, Kentucky. |
